Patrice Lamar-Bey founded Take Action Mobile Learning Lab from a deep passion for helping children believe in themselves and reach their full potential. As an educator, school leader, and mentor, she has dedicated her life to creating safe, structured, and inspiring spaces where scholars can grow academically and personally. Patrice holds a Bachelor’s degree in Child & Family Development and a Master’s degree in Early Elementary and Special Education. Her strong academic foundation, combined with years of hands-on leadership experience, allows her to design programs that meet students where they are while pushing toward excellence. Her work and impact have been recognized beyond the classroom. She has been featured on 6ABC News, Nightly News, and The Sherri Shepherd Show for her commitment to educational excellence and community empowerment. Patrice believes that every child deserves someone who sees their greatness before they see it themselves. Through mentorship, high expectations, and genuine care, she partners closely with families to ensure students not only strengthen their academic skills, but also build confidence, discipline, and a lifelong love for learning.
